That old saying “no pain no gain” I am once again reminded is a fact of life. No way around, over or under it, it’s always in the way of gain! Everyone must fight including me, ha, did I really think I would be able to coast to a healthy new body this time? Or did I ?

Heart transplant July 18 2022

I have the phrase bouncing in me we little brain “time heals all wounds”, I prefer to know God the answer to my healing but one thing for sure, this too shall pass and once again will Renee and I will be out and walking & hiking!

We are at 29 days post heart transplant, I am so thankful for this beautiful opportunity for life. I may sound like I’m whining maybe I am, the fact remains I AM ALIVE !
